Who's Got Next?

Who's got next? Is a question heard on sports courts around the world. It is also a question currently faced by the Jewish community. Who are going to be the Jewish leaders of the next generation? How will they engage the community?

The Bring It In - Israel fellowship offers an elite group of outstanding young Jews the opportunity to become certified Israel sports coaches through volunteering with disadvantaged youth in Israel. Bring It In - Israel offers an energy-charged environment and unmatched experiential atmosphere for young Jews to develop their full leadership potential.

Bring It In - Israel fellows run sports days for disadvantaged children in cities throughout Israel. Over the course of the program fellows learn and connect to different regions and populations in Israel. Fellows gain the skills to organize and run their own sports days and learn how to use sports as a vehicle to teach Israel.

Post - Israel Experience

  • Fellows are attractive candidates for Jewish Summer Camp and Jewish Community Center sports staff.
  • Fellows hold Israel sports days for Sunday Schools, Hebrew Schools, Jewish Day Schools, and Jewish Youth Group. During these sports days fellows talk to children about their Israel experience and teach them Hebrew and Jewish values through sport.
  • Fellows take part in a virtual network which provides them continual professional development.
  • Fellows hold clinics for Jewish Community Center coaches, teaching them new drills, and how to integrate Hebrew and Israel into their practices.
